Want a Six Figure Job? I'm Hiring!

This is a real listing and yes you can really earn six figures working for me. My consulting company is growing faster that I can keep up with and my day to day staff needs more management so I'm looking to bring on a partner with real ownership rights.

To apply for the job visit the listing on my site: Job: Operations Management | Partner

I'm offering 10-20% ownership in my company Bryan Media Corp. For the right motivated person this could be a dream job. I've laid the foundation with over a decade worth of work. It is now time for someone with the right energy to come in and take my projects to the next level.

I've built two different multi-million dollar companies in the past five years one of which should make Inc 1000's Fastest Growing Companies in the US this year.

Do you want to be part of my next Million Dollar Success? If so please apply here: Job: Operations Management | Partner

Wow.. surprised by all these comments..

Gaulkin - I've spent five years building these elements of my business. So saying I want a worker to do all the work is complete rubbish. I've spent about $200,000 getting these businesses up and running so if someone wants to spend 5 years and $200k to get to the point I'm at then feel free to do it. Also, I'm not sure how many people are already on a path that will lead them to $100k a year is 24 months. If they are... well then they wouldn't like my offer.

f5mtados - You are way off base. I already have workers. At this point between my three companies I have over 30. I don't need more workers. I need a vested partner that I can turn over some very high value projects to so that they can help me to pull all the value out of them.

Southern Lenders - Not sure what you posted but don't see where a whistleblower fits into this conversation.

I've had a handful of applicants for this position already so I appreciate those that see this as an opportunity. For the posters above I'll email you a link to my Inc 1000 Listing later this year.

What is the difference between a partner and an employee? A partner understands that their work equals their paycheck. They understand that a 60 hour week is sometimes necessary to complete projects. An employee punches in and punches out. They work for their check and rarely offer more effort. For a company to flourish it needs leadership from an owner. This is where a partner comes into play.

Most of my time is spent running my two companies (vehicle brokerage & online bookstore). I can not take my attention away from a tandem of companies that are growing at 50% a year. I have this money maker sitting on the sidelines which is my media company. I've invested to much money and time to let it sit on the sidelines anymore. I need a partner. Someone who can take the foundation I've built and with my guidance (and money) to turn the media company into something big.

This seems like such a great opportunity for a qualified person. I have the energy / motivation.. but lack the experience =[. How much experience is required exactly?

If you need any help in anything I would love to help your company out. Suggestions, designs or help on what errors are being made in order to achieve more.

If you are interested, please don't hesitate to contact me back.

    Thanks,

    David H.

belancourtb - It's sot of a balancing act between education and experience. One is not more important then the other but you need to have a little something to show me you are capable of the job. I mentioned in the ad that this would be perfect for a college junior or senior because they would have the education but not the experience. I'm also on the look out for that 19 year old who has launched a few websites but really doesn't have the money to make this a living. Either of those people would be hungry enough to make this work.

David (Dejavu) - Did you apply? Job: Operations Management | Partner All communication for this job will be done via my worker manager software on my site.

    Thanks for the questions!
