Voice Contract Services?

I'm starting a new website were I sell virtual intangible goods and services. I'm looking for a voice contract service that can help me reduce chargebacks.

Here's how it would work. A user would buy an item from my site and then receive a phone call asking if they accept the charges. If the person doesn't pick up or says no, then the order is cancelled. If the person says yes the order would go through like normal.

Anyone know of a company that does something like this?

Personally, for normal online purchasing, I see Email Invoicing is working just good.

I will be selling World of Warcraft gold. Voice contract system similar to the one used with ige.com or playerauctions.com would be great. Verbal contracts are a great way to reduce chargebacks.


So anyone know of a voice contract service provider? Anyone have any experience in something like this?
