Finding virtual sales people
Have you ever tried to find virtual sales people to work for you in an outsourced sales department? I have been thinking for some time to give up the office space, since it costs so much to maintain it, and be able to get as many as I can. The idea came to me after attending a webinar hosted by Business Breakthroughs International, and the figures they showed me there were pretty convincing.
They also have a completely outsourced company, and they know how to find virtual sales people who have what it takes to close any deal. I’ like to explore this idea, especially since it seems to be very popular nowadays, and also it is not so new in the market. I did some search on the Internet and I found out that some companies have been working with outsourced sales departments for years.
But, as everybody knows, it’s perilous to take a business decision just like that, especially for a small company like mine. I’d like to hear your opinions on this idea of finding virtual sales people and outsourcing my operations.

Yeah I know a few people who find people online to sell their product or help them out in their business in another way. Often times, this works out since the pay isn't too much (as cost) and the individual is able to work from the comfort of their home. It's often times a win-win situation and makes it easier on the company than hiring several people, providing an office and then paying for all that. Right? Virtual sales people are great. Just make sure you are still incorporating a sense of startup culture and providing fair compensation/benefits of working at your company. They are human beings after all. Good luck!
