    Virtual office

    Hello everyone,
I'm a young entrepreneur, and I need an advice: do you know maybe something more about virtual offices? I searched many web sites, but they all offer the same, without real information. If you have any good or bad experiences with some of those companies, please let me know.
And the second thing: what should I take into consideration while choosing a virtual office company? I'm interested in firms all over the world, so matter where you are, if you used one of them, I'll be glad to base on your trial.

    Many thanks,

    intelligible

I own a small virtual outsourcing company, you can visit my website (link in my signature) Global Synergy Services, I'm not sure if you will find the answers to your questions there, but just send me an email and I would be glad to help answer any questions you have.

In my experience, the main things you should consider when selecting a VA is their ability to perform the tasks you need done, and your compatability. Sometimes people's personalities just don't mix well and this makes working with together difficult.

One important thing to take in getting in touch with virtual offices is interviewing them. You could personally arrange a schedule in meeting their HR representative or who's in charge of speaking with the clients and ask them questions regarding service agreements, contracts, managing deadlines, customer support, project management systems, etc that'll ensure the safety and productivity of your project. Another thing to take note is payments. You should make sure if you're going on an hourly/monthly basis depending on a project that you're dealing with. Lastly, ask for their references or check on their previous works so you'll see how they're dealing with their previous clients and partners. Afterward, you can start outsourcing your work in a flawless manner.

The most useful service of a VA is their conference rooms. You could save big $ just by working at home and meeting with clients at Starbucks.
