Having heard both positive and negatives things about using investors to fund your projects, I am wondering if anyone can provide insight on giving up some of your ownership in exhange for seed capital. I have heards VC firms referred to as vulture capitalists, in that they suck you dry for most of the companies revenues. Has anyone ever worked with a venture capitalist or angel investor and if so could you please let me know about your experience and how the process worked out for you.
