hi. the stuff you're talking about is so retarded, for so many reasons, that it's not worth a discussion. anybody who has ever raised money, or invested money will tell you the same thing about all these matchmaking sites and brokers etc. I'm not gonna link to any angels, vc's or lawyers who discuss these things in detail, but take my word for it: any investor who does business with strangers is as much of an idiot as any entrepreneur sells equity to somebody they met on the internet.
