I'm working on a plan to reduce costs for my sales reps. Currently I pay the IRS rates (based on a few months ago) of $0.55/mile which includes wear & tear and gas.

I've heard others receive a $500 car allowance and a gas card or even lower with a $300 car allowance and a $200 gas allowance.

Anyone have any ideas?
