vc firm wants to invest

hi. i messaged a guy from a venture capital firm a while back about an article i had seen online somewhere. (i forget which company it was..something big like the ny times) anyway he got back to me and basically communicated that he would be interested in working with me on a project of my choosing, provided that the idea was viable as a business. the one idea i presented he has already deemed viable, but there is another idea that i personally find cooler. whichever idea i go with, i cant go this alone and i will need a team to start the company. (at least i dont think he is willing to provide me business partners...i dont think i ingratiated myself that much lol) anyway im basically looking for a programmer and for a marketing guy. anyone who is interested let me know.

What kind of project is it? I know a great web programmer (ajax, "web 2.0", ruby on rails, php, mysql administration etc).

Where are you located? He's in Palo Alto (with the rest of the web 2.0 world).
