Valet Company

Hi,
Im in the process of developing a business plan for a valet company in my area(outside of Philadelphia). I am graduating this winter with a degree in Marketing and am going to partner up with a friend of mine who is receiving a degree in Accounting/Tax. Anyway, I'm looking to talk to someone who may have started a valet company or someone who has worked management for a valet company. I have a lot of questions that keep popping up some of which i am having trouble finding answers to at the library or on the web. If anyone out there would let me pick their brain and help me out it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I was a Doorman and in charge of the valet department at the Ritz-Carlton in Marina Del Rey, CA for 7 years. The Ritz-Carlton in the Marina is VALET ONLY. We would have events for 200-1000 people and controlled the parking for 304 rooms. I would be happy to help you out and try and answer any questions that you may have.
