US business idea for use in EUROPE ?

Hi guys,
I'm writing you from a very interesting country that recently has joined the European Union and got access to European funds, that is everybody who wants to start a business here can write a business plan and receive funding from them, usually about $150k .

So I though maybe someone knows of some business ideas what worked well in the US and could be potentially developed in Europe?

Just browse the web for ideas, look around town to see if certain services are lacking. But that is interesting, is it in the form of a loan or a grant.

It's basically a grant. In brief, you have to write a business plan and submit it to them. If they accept it, they give you a paper that they are willing to finance it. Upon this paper you get a loan from the bank, build what you wanted and once they approve it, they will give the money you used back to the bank.

For example, one guy here had got 100k from them to buy a 3d printer and is now offering rapid prototyping services, but since it is a relatively small town here ( ~ 1 mil. people ), I don't think he is having very much clients.

What I currently am thinking over is something closer to setting up manufacturing of some IT technologies that would have a good growth potential...
