Updated my blog... what do you think?

I took a lot of the advice that I got from users here on YE to relaunch my site. It's not complete yet. I've added a ton of new sections and features so I have a lot of content to add yet. I wanted to get everyones opinion on the site as I'm updating the content just incase someone sees something that I don't.

Let me know what you think!

Also, I took off my Adsense... not sure if that was a good idea or not???

I think it looks great... very professional! One tiny change I would make would be to explain who you are and what you do (briefly!) at the top, near the "contact me" link. As someone who had no idea what your site was about, I had to scroll down to get some information, and some people may not take the time to do that. A quick paragraph or 2 right at the top will get rid of any confusion.

One of my developers. It's a free template that he just put on steroids. If you have a project you'd like him to help you with send me the RFP and I'll forward it over to him.

I agree... I used to have a header with a description of the blog in it. I think right above the RSS Feed where there is just random text now I could put a sentence about the blog there.

I completely with the description. I spent maybe 30 seconds (average of a normal user) looking to see exactly what it was all about, and still do not know

Alright I changed the section above my RSS Feed Button. I put a sentence telling what the blog is about. Does that help?

The template you have used is really good. Where are the blog posts though? I think the blog posts or an headline with one para of each post should be available on the homepage. Otherwise someone could enter the site, get overwhelmed with all the other information and leave.
