    UK Business Name Help

I'm setting up as a Sole Trader selling American Sports Merchandise on-line for UK Fans.

I know as a sole trader I don't need to register a business name but I do need to register as self-employed.

Having looked at various Companies House policies etc, I saw a section which states that business names cannot use words that imply national or international pre-eminance without approval. These words include british, wales, england, english, great britain.

I would like to call my business 'USA UK Sports' because not only does it contain the three key words my project is all about, it also kinda rhymes

My question is: Do I need approval for my name? From what I can see my usage of the two abbrevaitions do not imply national or international pre-eminence?

    Please help me

    N.B Here's the link: http://www.companieshouse.gov.uk/abo...tml/gbf3.shtml - look specifically at Appendix A
