Twitter - Have you run into a Twitter Hawker? Do you know what one is?

So I've been working diligently on five different Twitter Accounts this summer. I've had a lot of luck getting followers but I was still seeing a drag in my ratings. After a little research i figured out why that was happening and I found a way to fix it. I don't share this stuff often (without charging) but I thought this would be a good one for all the young entrepreneurs on here.
