    TV on web advice

Hey youngentrepreneur, I've been lurking around for quite a while and have a question of my own on starting my business.

I want to create a web service that allows registered users to watch TV on internet. I know it's not as simple as I make it sound to be, but I need help getting started. What would be the first step?

    Any advice is appreciated. Thanks

Yeah, Lambo is correct. There are many websites that do that already. You'd have to be very different than everyone else. Also, because you'd be hosting quite a few streaming videos, your overhead costs for bandwidth, servers, etc. will be quite high.

There are two critical questions (among other ones) you need to ask yourself before you jump into an idea:

    1) How will I make money from this idea?
    2) Do I have a relevant background/skillset for this idea? Or, can I find someone who does?

The last thing I want to do is be a shameless plug, but I cover this topic on my blog.
