Trouble figuring out how to reach my target market

I am starting a shuttle service for business travel along a particular route (crosses several state lines). There are many businesses and organizations that have regular travel along the route I wish to service. What I am really struggling with is how to find these businesses/organizations that require regular travel along this route so I can contract them and make them aware of my service that would fulfill their business travel needs along this route.

I am not asking for someone to flat out tell me what to do exactly, but to simply point me in the right direction. I don't even know where to begin and that's what is most frustrating. It's not that I am lazy and want an intellectual hand out, because I would leave no stone unturned if I knew where to start, but it's just that i literally don't know where to start in finding these organizations.

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated!

    -Thanks

I dont live in the US but possibly doing a google search for shuttle service directories may produce some results, craigslist may also help as well.
