Hi guys,
I just want to know about the trademarking process in the UK. I just want to TM my website name which inturn is my business name as well. If anyone could post the fees/procedure etc, it would be highly appreciated.

I think its reasonable but don't think you would need one just yet, perhaps your £200 could be better spent for now.

Yeah that is what I was thinking. There is no point in TM'ing now.

If you put the small (TM) beside your logo or name and you can prove in a court of law you have been using that name for some time, then you really do not need to purchase a trademark.

If you want to have the ® (registered trademark), then you will need to purchase a trademark.
