Lightbulb Trade slowing down during run up to Xmas, any ideas?

Hi, I opened a small Caribbean cafe which seats around 16 people around 9 months ago. We are on a strip with 24 other eateries/bars On the same street. We do not have a liquor licence but do encourage people to bring there own, Xmas is 26 days away and business has slowed down as expected. I was just wondering instead of cutting back what ideas could you come up with to generate more custom?

The Odds do sound against us I know but in the whole city there are only 3 Caribbean ones and we have had more than our fair share of media coverage ......

I'd love to hear what ideas you have, if any ????

Are there Xmas shoppers/shops (physically walking) on the street your on, or is strictly eateries/bars only?

Have you talked with any of the bars along the strip? You lack alcohol, they lack good Caribbean food. You could see if they could sell your finger foods and they get a small percentage. This would work better in bars that don't sell any food. If you go that direction, make sure to get your brand in there.

Also, you could get a hula girl in a Santa hat to hand out samples
