Lightbulb To start an event staffing agency

I have been in the catering/promotion industry for a few years, worked with various kitchens, met high-end corporate and private clients, and have networked with many associates.

I have realized that this is a very profitable business, requiring what seems to be little financial backing to start. What I am trying to figure out is what the general aspects are of basic steps to take to make this happen.

I am merely twenty two years old, yet I have the chops nessecary to implement such a venture. I steer away from the books that promise their guidelines will ensure a smooth creation. If anyone on this site can help me out regarding the rather intricate details of the building blocks for my dream to materialize. Thanks!

Sounds like a good idea. First off, would this be a business catering to business/corporate clients? If so, what kind of ideas do you have to promote to these kinds of people - especially to the people who organize these kinds of events?
If you want to be rich, sell products and services.
If you want to be insanely rich, create and control markets.
I must create a system or be enslaved by another mans; I will not reason and compare: my business is to create.
