I have been in the catering/promotion industry for a few years, worked with various kitchens, met high-end corporate and private clients, and have networked with many associates.
I have realized that this is a very profitable business, requiring what seems to be little financial backing to start. What I am trying to figure out is what the general aspects are of basic steps to take to make this happen.
I am merely twenty two years old, yet I have the chops nessecary to implement such a venture. I steer away from the books that promise their guidelines will ensure a smooth creation.
