To be honest, Im not sure, have never used them but they advertise a lot in my area, thats how I know about them. Its supposed to be very reasonable though. Just put in a fake order and start checkout.
Unfortuntely, a lot of grocery chains offer this service themselves now so I doubt its worth going into business doing this
Want to try it? here's what you do- make a one page website, with your service and price for delivery. Have people email you their grocery list and pay via paypal. Then, advertise it in your local city on craigslist. Total startup cost: $10. Total time to either prove or disprove concept- 1-2 weeks. Value of the answer (as opposed to simply wondering , or querying people on this forum): priceless.
You will probably get calls. You might get some customers. Will it become a profitable business or will it not prove to be worth the time? Only real testing can tell you. What do you have to lose?
