To build a team

I am interested in building a team of like minds to start a website in market that really has not been touch yet. I was wonder where are some places to search for entrepreneurs that are looking to link up? Or should I just write down the the type of player skills I need and just search for them? for example someone who like to write, someone who can do research, and etc. I know this site are filled with future entrepreneurs but there is know forum on people who want to network at least I dont think there is

You can ask your prospect employees these questions... What measures will they take to make your website rank high? If they guarantee that your website will be ranked number 1 in a week, move on to another job seeker. Ask them the difference between black hat and white hat SEO tactics. Although SEO link builders know how to use these terms, some of them cannot tell you the differences between the two. Ask them to show you previous rankings they were able to achieve. If they submit to 4000 website directories, they really are not adding any value and might even get your website banned by Google. First give them a test project, and only when they are able to provide results should you give them more projects.
