Tips on Working with a Foreign Call Center

Anyone have any advice on working with such call centers? I have found one on Freelancer.com that seems to be reputable but would like to hear some 2nd opinions on others dealings with them.

Would recommend checking out a few of their references to see what others think of their services. Keep in mind that it might be their 'friends' you're talking to, but it's still part of due-diligence. Ensure you understand their pricing structure, response times, scripts involved, etc.
Once you're using them for your business, place a few random 'test' calls (pretending to customers) to ensure they're responding in the manner you're expecting.
