If there was 1 magic solution to this, everyone would be rich. It all depends on your market.

To increase your income, try advertising more, you sell signs so that shouldn't be a problem. Don't hire any more workers than you need. The more workers, the less profit.

through internet, you can create website to advertise your company on different cities/states. Also, through newspapers, air programs like radio & tv. You can put up branches on the different area of the city, in this case, you can reach out to your customers and serve them well. You can hire workers if it is necessary, especially when your business grows bigger and bigger.

This is management consulting at it's worst, lol.

We need to know a LOT about your situation in order to properly advise you on how to grow the business.

I would want, at first glance:

-Complete financials for as many periods as I can get
-A list of all your clients or summary of transactions (sales log, or something similar)
-Access to your GL (detailed expense information)
-Sample images of the product
-Information on your competitors
-A good, long Q&A process with whoever runs the business

Advertising is probably a good start, but sales isn't everything. You might have expenses that are out of line, a product that needs to be re-thought, personnel issues, or something else.

there are sign making franchises now... a lot of competition.

do you guys use a screen press?

if so, you might consider expanding your business to product printable wear. i've worked with companies who do a bunch of stuff with screen presses.

Try to create a website for your sign company...post some pictures of your products on your site...after making a website let out the word about your site...so that other people will know about your site.

Also make sure that all your products are of good quality...^^;

thank you! My first reaction to this is that the blind are asking the blind to lead them. We don't have anywhere near enough info to start and the questions asked so basic I wonder how the business can exist?

Here's a plan- get a degree in business and possibly an MBA on top of that. You will have more ideas than you ever thought possible.

Our company specializes in Digital Printing and Channel Letters. We make exceptional profit on all our products. The problem I'm having right now is that our current customers are mostly hispanics and asians. I would love some tips on how to expanding the business to include other ethnicity.
