looking for a good ticketing system that can be customized easily and let the user as well see their ticket live

its like a helpdesk system that I am looking for a website that needs to contact me or my team I have several sites and will end up making more so I need a central location for them to submit and view their tickets with out the hassle of scanning through my email system

Ahhhhh.

I just love when IT takes over a word and changes the definition.

It seems like you could use almost any generic ticketing system, just customizing the input form to receive a variable containing their domain.

I have to admit though, I'm no expert on support systems.

I don't know if this'll be of much help but I heard of this thing called "turnkey" solutions. something online travel agencies use... you might want to check it out.
