We took our first shipment of inventory in Philly two weeks ago... now we are just starting to build out our warehouse and hiring staff... Should be up to speed in 2-3 months.

How much will the pricing differ from DC's pricing, for both lots and delivery?
Or am I shooting too far in advance?

I have a client who has an Auto Auction in Philly 'Capital Auto Auction' right off of 95 in NE. I'm going to lease warehouse space from him.

Your looking at the salvage side of my business. I'm talking about the individual internet sales side. We make our money by selling books one at a time on ebay, amazon, half, albiris, and abebooks. The bulk stuff you are talking about it the stuff that is not profitable to sell online... that is the stuff we sell in bulk. I sell about 100,000 bulk books a month.

My mother is always buying books online. She's retired now, so she just sits around and reads. She likes the traditional type murder mysteries, nothing too racy or gory. What books do you specialize in?
