Question Think I should Terminate One Of my Sites?

    Hey everyone

I'm thinking of cutting a site evomitsubishi.com I had it for about a year and put alot of SEO into it.

The thing is it's not profitable. I've tried a number of ways to gain profit except adsense but the keyword isn't that competitive to be really profitable from a click.

I just can't help to see the potential of the site. but I don't really have the time to put into it. I had a different Idea for the site, more like a project site, a build and forget kind.

what's your thoughts? am I being emotional just not wanting to let go? or is it time to cut the hosting juice?

If you see for yourself that it's not being profitable and not picking up at all, I would suggest you let it go. Especially if you don't have much time to put into it that's not really going to help your success much.

There are times that we almost lose our patience, specially if the site is not really profitable enough. You can pause for a while and think again on what are the causes of the lapses. Maybe you can find a solution.

    I would say 'Drop it'

One year is sufficient enough to expect results coming out of your efforts

If its still not giving you anything in return then, you should better look for some other important projects and start saving your time

Try to sell it first. Websitebroker.com has been affordable service. If not, then terminate.

Thanks for you comment, I did pause 3 times because I was torn with something I was more passionate about. During my weekly review of my business the solution that I came up with was to. Sell, hire someone to run it, monetize by adsense, or just use it as a case study cut my loses and move on.

Anything that you don't find profitable, sell it to the next guy that might have a monetizing idea for it.

I'd have to say it's time to go ahead and sell it. After a year if it is not converting, it's time to move on.

Hi there. I also experienced it. Putting a lot of effort but there is no fruit. It is really frustrating. What I did is to start a new one but of course have a plan first on how you would like to run it.

That's what i meant to say

You can easily sell any website at sites like flippa[dot]com

Its said to be the no#1 marketplace for buying/selling websites

Just add some rep, if this answer helps you!
