Lightbulb The truth about making money. A lot of it...

    Dear Friends,

Most young entrepreneurs discover pretty quickly that making a lot of money is not as easy as depicted in movies or on infomercials. Getting wealthy is a serious business that requires ambition, intelligent choices, and follow-through.

The good news is that it doesn't matter whether you majored in English or Economics, you can learn "money tested" techniques to make wealth-building not only probable but automatic.

And when your cash flow balloons, you'll have more time, energy, and peace of mind to enjoy the things that really matter to you—whether it's traveling to Oz, buying a fancy sports car, or just hanging out with friends and family.

But first you need to get financially educated! That's why I created this one hour long training video, specifically designed to show you a strategy on how to make a lot of money as a young adult.

We live in troubled times and the news isn't getting any better. That's why it's so important that you get financially educated on how you can not only survive, but thrive in today's economy.

Get FREE instant access to this eye-opening training by clicking here: The New Rules of Building Wealth For Generation Y

P.S. - Just a forewarning, this video will challenge your thinking and may be a bit uncomfortable for some to hear, but I feel the truth needs to be told...

It would be helpful if you told me why I should listen to you. I think net worth may be a little too personal but please share some of your business success stories. I think if you do people will be even more responsive to your posts and programs.

Thanks for the question Jake. I'd be glad to share some more about my background and experience. By the way, this can be found on my website in the about me section

I graduated in 1999 with a degree in Business. This was right around the time when the dot com bubble burst. In Toronto at that time it was very difficult to find a job as many of our top companies that I would have worked for were downsizing and slashing jobs and not hiring. Much like the situation for many graduates today. My experience since and seeing what is going on now in the world for young adults, prompted me to create the Rich Grads Strategy as promoted on this forum post. I see a great need for young adults to get financially educated quickly as times are changing very rapidly and people need to be better prepared for the turbulence ahead.

The first job that I had once graduated was selling home security systems door to door. It taught me a lot but it was not a fun job. However at the time it paid the bills. I have a lot of respect for the young guys I see come to my door because I know how tough a job that is. Take away message is to please be respectful of people who work door to door. It's not a fun job by any means, but it can certainly teach you a lot.

For the next three years I worked as a financial planner. I helped families get set up with insurance, mutual fund investments, debt consolidation loans, etc... I was successful with a lot of clients and made a great income and learned how to invest myself, but I realized that it wasn't what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. I get bored easily and am an entrepreneur at heart and love new challenges. Also too, the firm that I was working for had a lot of restrictions on what products, services and advice that I could give and I didn't feel like I had the opportunity to properly educate my clients the way that I felt necessary. Some financial companies only want you to sell their products and keep the client only as educated as they need to be, to know enough to want to buy the company products. Morally and ethically, that didn't work for me.

I then did corporate consulting for two years at Bombardier Recreational Products (B.R.P. now) in Quebec. You may know them as the manufacture of the Ski-Doo snowmobile, Sea-Doo personal watercraft, Sea-Doo jet boats, Can-Am atv's. My family owns a power sports dealership in my hometown which we're in the process of selling right now actually. I've grown up in the business and that's where a lot of my experience from owning a business comes from. Anyhow, I was responsible for all of their dealer development sales & marketing training for B.R.P. when I worked in Quebec. I led a team in the creation of training programs which included manuals, sales and marketing DVD's, online testing and training programs for the dealer network across North America and in Finland.

After that I decided I wanted to get heavily involved in commercial real estate investing and while I began to start to build my portfolio 7 years ago, I also decided to get licensed as you often get wind of what properties are available for sale before the general public when you are a commercial realtor. So I thought it would be a good idea. It has been Through that though, I developed a reputation for assisting high net worth clients in acquisition and disposition of properties around Ontario, Canada as well. I have also worked with assisting corporate clients in their real estate expansion and work directly with companies like Starbucks, Investors Group, Royal Bank of Canada and many franchise's. I get hired to assist start-ups as well with business planning and the site selection process. Right now actually, I'm coaching a young 24 year old entrepreneur who is opening up three salons in the Niagara Region of Ontario. He's working on a franchise concept and I'm assisting him in the process.

I've also been retained and am in the process of working a deal to become an equity partner and/or adviser in a mixed-use real estate development project where I live. It is a very exciting project. $100 million dollar development that includes 35,000 sq.ft. of commercial space, a 415 seat underground live action theater, 72 room boutique hotel with an 80 unit condo building. Breaking ground is to start in the fall of this year.

Another project that myself and a business partner are working on is assisting in the growth and development of a new medical company that is opening up 100 locations across Canada. There is three components to their clinic model which include a pharmacy, walk-in clinic and doctor's offices. My role is to look for other equity partners (investors) in the growth and expansion across the country as well as real estate locations. We have just inked three deals in Ontario and are soon to be finalizing deals in Edmonton and Calgary. The company is planning on going public this summer and I am learning a lot about this process which has been very exciting.

I'm an avid investor myself and I invest in real estate, business partnerships, mutual funds, dividend stocks and commodities. I also have a business in network marketing in the wellness industry. Lately, most of my financial investment has been into silver bullion as there is a tremendous opportunity there. I purchase through a company out of Toronto called Sprott Money. Here's their site. They are a great company and provide excellent service: http://sprottmoney.com

But at the end of the day, my passion is in teaching and sharing what I have learned with young adults. Hence, why I created my education company Rich Grads. I had to go through the school of hard knocks to learn what I've learned. I've enjoyed success and I've also learned from failures along the way. I see many young adults who are looking for information, answers and leadership (the same way I was when I graduated university 12 years ago) and my mission with my company Rich Grads is to help be that resource. I speak at local universities and host weekend training events.

I created the Rich Grads Strategy 5-Day bootcamp over the course of a weekend about a month ago as I wanted to create a video training series that outlined what I believe to be a great way for young adults to get started on their path to entrepreneurship and to learn what the wealthy know that most don't. But once you get started and you start to earn more income, you need to learn how to invest it. That's basically a summary of the 5-Day bootcamp. It's free by the way.

So should you listen to me? I don't know - that's your call. I'm here to share my experience and to offer valuable information that has given me results. What I advocate may or may not be for you. That's your decision not mine. And to be honest, it doesn't matter to me. Nor is someones opinion of me something that I care about. I don't take anything personally. If you think I'm a fake or that you need to see my bank account, that is an issue for you to work out and has nothing to do with me. I have found that skeptics and pessimists are rarely successful in life. To be successful, you need to be able to interpret information and decide for yourself whether you accept it or reject it as information that you want to incorporate into your life.

I wish you all the success you desire!

    Cheers,

    Simon

My real estate portfolio consists of student rental properties located in college and university towns, one small commercial plaza, and I'm a partner in a real estate development project here in Ontario, Canada which is a complete redevelopment of a small section of the city along Lake Ontario. This is presently a $100 million dollar redevelopment project that consists of an 80 unit luxury condominium residence, 36,000 sq.ft. of commercial retail space, a boutique hotel with rooms as well as a 10,000 production theater. You can see the development here Port Place Condominiums: Port Dalhousie

I apologize for the flame. I do, I am not a fan of the 'rich' typical pitch of wealth and riches. They never explain what they are doing it's always too ambiguous and then my questions are always slammed by some sincere story from rags to riches. I've been scammed, tricked, excited and have experienced guys like this one. We've been apart or this forum since 2009. He's figured out how all the big guys BS there way to cash money: taking your money to show you how they took your money.

If you think I'm being to harsh than answer these questions for the rest of the viewers please.

    Thanks,

Cod Krecicki - if you have any questions for me, shoot! I'd be happy to share with you my experience. If you did any due diligence on me by going to my website and reading the "about me" section and/or reading my very lengthy reply above, you'd know my story.

Here's the bottom line though. Ever since I was young, I wanted to be successful. I wanted to be rich. You should see my library of books, ebooks and audio programs! I set out to find out how to become successful and make a lot of money. I simply did what the books taught me to do. I created my website "Rich Grads" to provide the financial education that is missing in our school system. But to also provide a resource that people could come to and work together to achieve success on different projects.

When I was 22, I wanted mentors. I wanted someone to take me by the hand and take me to the mine where the gold was. Not just tell me about it. My purpose has become to be that mentor to the next generation. To be the person that I was looking for when I was young.

It sounds like you have been scammed, tricked, excited and have experienced "guys like this one" (ie: me) before. You don't even know me but would pass on that judgement. Interesting. Do you think that judgement says more about you or me?

If you want to be successful, my advice would be to not assume that everyone is out to take your money and scam you. I don't need your money. Seek out people who have done what you want to do and ask them questions.

And don't play the role of a victim either.

Most of the young fellows feel that making a lot of money in short time is very easy. But it requires all the hard work and sacrifice.
