I know, i know. If the mountain does not go to Mahoma, then he goes for it: Call them.
But what about when you call them back and they postpone the decision for later?
What about when you call them back and they say they are awaiting for a response by a business partner or something?
When would you call again if no response? A week? two?
What would be the best way to deal with the "Silent lead problem" ?
