It happens to everyone... You have a GREAT idea, but for one reason or another you are determined to go at it alone and NOT ask for help for whatever reason!

Sometimes you are just too afraid that someone will steal the idea out from under you...Perhaps you have vested countless hours hatching out the plan and you feel like its just your baby and your baby alone...Or, maybe you just don't want to burden someone else with what you see as being "your project"...

Whatever the reason is, it is important to get past it and fester up the courage to ask for the help you need! It takes a village to raise a child and a strong team to build a great business...

If you feel bad asking for help because you can't compensate with cash, try and figure out some non-wage compensation ideas to substitute...Maybe exchange services or offer job titles etc.


Now comes the difficult part...

I am asking the YE community to help me out in order to fill up a brand new forum board that we recently launched for Swaave.com, a lifestyle site for young professionals. It is feeling really empty right now and I would truly appreciate any posts that you could provide for it...

I can't pay per post, however, I am entirely open to some non-wage compensation and can offer positions as moderators etc. to vested individuals!!!
