Traditionally... dentists. Anything very expertise vs. cost based, the cost of a dentist is mostly what they choose to charge an hour. More examples: Lawyers, Doctors etc. skills that don't bear an immediate variable cost.

In business specifically, consultants definitely come to mind. Information as a service = no variable costs besides hourly rates, and if it's you doing the work, you're paying yourself, therefore income = profit = no costs.

The mark up on razor blades is pretty good, they cost something like .5p to make and can retail for up to £2.50 each.

Buy10,000 seeds for a $100.00, spend $2,500 putting them in pots and watering them. Sell them 3 months later for $40,000

    Hey everyone,

I am a web designer who is starting a pay it forward campaign for small business owners and entrepreneurs and I just want to help out my fellow entrepreneurs get online.

I want to build you a website for free for your business or startup. I will get up the design and coding online for you and take care of the web hosting all for you.

The only thing is I only want to work with basic websites so nothing too fancy as I'm looking to occupy my time on the train rides to my full time job.

You can see my past work and references on my personal portfolio site at

    augustinba.com

Let me know if any of you guys would be interested by emailing me at augustin1989 [at] gmail[.]com with a description of what you want for a site.

    Thanks,
    Gus

I'm with the guy who said pick something you're passionate about first and foremost. Then go after margins.
