Well done,but it still takes 2 minutes to load so you still have not addressed that major problem.

Is it custom or did you use an existing script? Somethings probably timing out or stuck in a loop. I can't think of anything else that would take a script two minutes to process.

Your making the javascript run first which is gonna slow down the site.

I highly doubt that's the sole reason for the load times he's experiencing though.

Actually its one of the Main reasons. Any good programmer knows to not load javascript before your actual main content header this creates large server load.
