Testing a new landing page for my PPC Campaigns - Any thoughts?

I'm looking for any thoughts on the lay out or design. What would you change?

the old one does look better in my opinion you may want to move the form closer to the top right or something and fill it in with the logos and your mission statement ....it is only my opinion

Really? All the classes I'm taking say you need to ad a video to capture the viewers attention. What is it about the new one that turns you all off? Is it the video or the layout? I was surprised to hear this... but I'm thankful I am!

I Like the old one better. The video is what turns me off, it suddenly gives me a feeling of an mlm site ect. Maybe you could have a nice button for the you tube video rather then having it embedded on the page. Anyway good luck with it the site looks nice.

I actually like the new one, BUT what I really don't like about the new one is the yellow button-like box in which the number is positioned at the top. It looks a little amateur imo, I'd keep it against the white background or if you insist on outlining it in a color, maybe don't do the gradient 3d type of effect and instead make it more flat.

What about this one... Goodwill Car Donation Form

I'm going to start testing all three pages today. I want to see what my conversion ratio is before I pass judgement on an of the layouts.

Just had a look at them again and the 1st one still gets my vote,what really does it for me is the hand with the car keys in it.I find that has grabbed my initial attention and then i start to read what its all about knowning that it has something to do with cars straight away.
