So, I am 16 years old and I wanted to start up an e-commerce business. I have all the legal documents as it will be a DBA under my dad's company. So heres the deal, I will be selling around 50-60 products online in an e-commerce site, It's not a revolutionary idea, but it's a very competitive and huge market I am dealing with. So my dad is in the telecom business and serves Los Angeles County, and installs Panasonic Phone Systems. So on the site I will be having installation available. So i start a project on guru.com and I get a bunch of leads and bids priced anywhere from 300-1750. So i figure the best price is around 500 and went on and did further research. Offcourse I will be adding SEO to that also. Now, the idea I had got bigger and I called a local firm and they told me they will build me a corporate, truly professional and a built to order and many other options I assume, basically I already have the right price, pretty much lowest online, and will offer service to Los Angeles and surrounding areas, through my dad's business and the products I will sell I already buy at warehouse price, so this should truly be new. The only niche I will have is the fact that our service never ends, wherever you are located and that we will provide you with installers in your area that you may contact, so in a sense we are following through with the customer. I will need a lot of ways to convince the customer to buy Panasonic and not another brand, that I will take care of, but the firm in Los Angeles said 12,000 dollars to do all that. So like I am here thinking maybe I start small then grow, or start big and become huge. Like maybe raise the 12k and then start up or should I start small. I was thinking start small, but it is very hard to deal overseas for the fact that I can't explain to them in so much detail, I will need a firm in Los Angeles to work with, so like what are your opinions?
