Arrow Teen Investing

Hello, well this is my first post to the forums. I'm 15 years old and have a great desire to learn about investing in stocks, however I've tried to read through many articles on the internet, specifically simulator.investopedia.com, and i can never get through most of the articles.

What I'm looking for is something with more graphics and an article that uses less technical terms.

I have a few books already that my brother has given me. Books: Rich Dad Poor Dad, Think and Grow Rich, The Intelligent Investor(would this be an easy to interpret book for a teen). I also have a TD Waterhouse Bank Account which is connected to stocks.

Any help is most appreciated

http://www.smartmoney.com might be a good site to look at, if you haven't already. They usually try to put things in simple terms, and have a good amount of archives now.

Welcome to YE!

leaftors the only way your gonna learn is if you jump in at the depp end.

Invest a small amount in stocks and shares and learn from your mistakes, s well as looking at the markets itself look at prices now and prices next quater and from previous quaters do you see paterns can you make predictions on the price for the next quater.

About a year ago I was thinking the same thing as you, in the end I decided to wait till I was 18, well I am still waiting (3 months baby) before I make any investments in stocks.

Anyways here is my post from a while back, and I think there is alot of good feedback from people on it, check it out.

Online Stock Trading.
