Tax question

In my business I have people go on my website to find employers. The people who find employers through my website, must pay me 15% commission. Now, do the people who get hired through my website need to pay taxes for their revenue?

Btw, I help find babysitters employers. People who babysit don't usually expect to pay taxes. Would my business still be legit if I don't have them pay taxes?

Best thing I can tell you is that legal questions should be answered by lawyers.

Do your thing the way it's most profitable to you and then get some legal help.

First of all it depends on the age of the babysitters, in the UK if you are below the age of 16 you do not have to pay taxes, secondly if your annual income will be less than a certain amount you do not pay taxes. Either way the taxes are not your concern, you are providing a tertiary sector service, you are paid 15% of the revenue generated by the babysitter, any taxes that need paid are the responsibility of the sitter, regardless of your fee.
