    Exclamation Supplier negotiation question.

    Hi,

Im starting a business that will use a few certain stores as suppliers for our service. Both stores are the same corporate brand, but run by two different managers. It is our first year in business and would it be risky to create a price war (who can offer use the best volume discount on items) between the two?

Is that wrong and how would I go about that.

    Thanks!

company that can give you the lowest price will win.. That's business.
but beside that, you have to look into things like delivery time, service, & product quality.
For starting, you can give 50 50 to both of them. Then compare the aspect above. The cheapest may not give you the best quality or service
