Supplement Business- Any Experience?

My partner and I are putting time and effort into starting a supplement business. What do you think it takes? Our main idea/problem to solve is to simplify the way people take supplements by making a sort of all in one supplement and energy drink. Going off this alone, what marketing can be done to make consumers want it? The product will be along the lines of BSN NoXplode which increases the metabolism and stimulates positive feelings and alertness. Any ideas/experience? I believe this industry is all about marketing.
