Lightbulb suggestions needed on cocktail mixer

Hello all,

I had conceptualised a cocktail mixer and an alchohol dispenser for highly crowded pubs, bars and even for use at personal parties and hotels.
This would help saving the serving time, also reduce no. of bartenders used, serve accurate quantity and check theft.

But I have not done any market research for the applications or the clientele.

your suggestions are welcome.

Best regards

As far as the bar/pub/restaurant market is concerned, you're always going to need someone to operate it, and put the ingredients in it (I presume). Therefore you're not really reducing cost (staff wages) or improving efficiency (time to make cocktail). Some cocktails do take a while to make, but this is because ingredients need to be added, crushed, mixed in certain ways, then more things added such as decorations, salt on glass etc. It seems like something that just mixes won't speed up the process much. If your invetion/idea does improve one or both of these factors you're going to need to explain it to us in some detail.
