    Stocks of my site?

    HI,
    I m running socialnetworking site expats www.scoubt.com site is just doing fine and making profit within 3 months have reach 9,000 members .I m planning to expand my project for this purpose I m looking to raise fund

    I know there are million of sites to raise funds but I m thinking to give online stocks of my site for example 10,000 stock for $100 I will provide certificate to each stock holder and financial reports etc

    What do you think about this idea ?

    I think you will get fined out the bejezus if you live in the USA. Stock offerings are strictly controlled here, if you live elsewhere that information would be useful.

    I agree...thats a good way to get fined.

    Register as an S corp first or maybe LLC
    Get paid to promote LoanUntilFriday.com and YourEmergencyCash.com. on Craigslist and social networking sites. Earn $5.00 just for signing up

    Thanks I appreciate your comments but even I go for LMT LCC licence that just for UAE it dosent make sense for US guy
    will they trust me ?

    Nope... look for a private investor instead or sell the site

    Look for a private investor... max out your credit card... beg-borrow-steal from everyone you know... try to get a personal bank loan... get a job and use the money you earn to grow your site... there are a ton of things you can do
