    starting your own franchise

Is this something that can only be accomplished with a lot of capital? I have been saving money to start up a franchise which I know would do very well in my area, but not sure where to start. if anyone could point me in the right direction or give me any advice this would be great! I have money put aside but in the grand scheme on things nowhere close to where I need to be, and am wondering if others have been successful in similar cases?

Sorry to say that I don't fully understand your question.....but.....Starting a franchise from scratch would probably be around 40 grand. If you are looking at starting something from scratch....just be sure to do your homework and do consult with a franchise attorney.

40 grand I can swing, Sorry my question(s) were not completely clear. This is kind of my first stop besides doing google searches. some specific questions I have for starting up a 5 guys burgers and fries are....
    - what will I need to pitch in order to open one
    - unseen costs I may run into
    - things I should steer clear from
    - where I can get additional money, and how I can plan for not making a profit right away.
    - Different ways I can go about getting more money that I will need to startup.
    - what my startup money is actually going towards.

    Thank you for any feedback.

What I am also looking for, is someone who has opened a fast food franchise or more, who I can network with.. to maybe ask a few questions and chat with.
