So the other day I was thinking of promoting my service after seeing one of the doorhangers on my door. I thought it was an interesting way to get my service out there when I'm about to launch this service. So i called up the company and asked for a quote, they quoted me $500 per 5000 flyers. I was amazed with the price because there were about 4-5 ads per one doorhanger which is about $2000 per 5000 flyers.

I got really interested in starting one of these business because alot of businesses in my area are interested in taking on the service. I wanted to get some advices for people who have experienced this type of field, I'm more concerned with the verification if I were to hire people for this type of job. Obviously I will start this service by delivering them myself, but assuming 1000 doorhangers delivered in 4-5 hour . I would probably need to hire 4-5 agents if a business wanted their flyers delivered in 1 day. I plan to drive around the areas of the flyers delivered to check for verification, is there any proof I can show businesses that their areas were actually delivered? My plan was to map out in advances the streets I plan to do, drop off my agents for a specific area, and verify them at the end of the day myself.

Besides that, I think it's not a bad business to get into, because overhead costs are low, capitcal is not a big concern either than building up the website. What do you guys think?
