Starting an oil business question
Hello,

I am interested in starting an oil company but really not sure how to go at it. Right now there is a property in the midwest (about a dozen oil wells, a building, all necessary equipment, 3 employess, etc.) that I am interested in buying but of course I would need A LOT of money to purchase it. I have been looking at some sites that help people with their oil venture and they help you connect to venture capitalists and angel investors.

My question is, should I incorporate now and then look for investors who are willing to help? Or should I find an investor that is interested in helping me purchase the property and then incorporate so he/she can invest in it?
