^^ Sounds great, but don't you need a lot of space for such a machine though? What kind of printing machine do you have?

I have a large format printer. I actually got a warehouse. So i really need to start getting clients. I am actually looking to see if i open a spot in a fleamarket on the weekends, but i am just waiting for the rest of equipment.

another idea i had is to offer photo albums on dvd. say, someone comes and brings me a cd with all there family pictures, so i would create a nice dvd with menus...etc. I am learning final cut pro so i could do really do some nice one.....not just regular ones that you could do with roxio.... what do you guys think.

An interesting niche might be to use recycled materials for your banners/signs. I would buy them, even if they were more money, just to know they came from recycled materials.

Good idea to open up at a flea market, but I feel in my opinion that a shopping mall will do better. Yeah, ti'll be hectic with the price and rental fees but it could payoff for itself in the end.

P.S. BuyNick... didnt know you were from the Ft. Wayne, IN either, shoot me a PM... just like with pacificfame, I'd like to know a bit more about the second largest city in Indiana.

Try stopping in at some local businesses that would use banners like these. I would think that local grocery stores and other small retailers would be prime candidates to sell banners to, since they go through a lot of them.

Also, if you have any big retailers in your area, see if you could setup an arrangement with them to do their banners.

It sounds like you have got the operations plan in place, now all you need to do is the other 50%: sales and marketing.

I agree with MikeAnd. Try to contact some retailers & make business with them. But also, if you can handle to make business with some large malls, etc. well, thats really a big profit but a big responsibilities.

I can see that you already have some manpower & resources. I think your next step is how to market your product.

Good luck & wish you success!
