Starting a new real estate forum.

Hey guys,

I'm currently a senior at PSU majoring in Economics. I have been interested in real estate, building, developing for years. My mother has been in real estate for over 30 years. Anyway I got my real estate license this year and can't wait to graduate to start. Anyways, I found they don't really have any Real Estate forums out there. I think there's 1 or 2, but they aren't big. I have the url: Chatrealestate.com, but I need someone that's interested in real estate as much as I am to help me start this.

I take it your at the beginning? Meaning you haven't decided on forum software or hosting yet. You do know that forums are not easy to get off the ground right? It will take some time. I say that because some don't realize what they're getting into and eventually give up.

I posted the link in my first post, anyway I'm looking for Moderator and someone to help market. I am willing to split any profit that we could potential earn day we could earn, I don't want this to be a 1 man show. Let me know if your interested.

Sorry about the URL I knew that. I'm back and forth on several site's right now forgot. I see a coming soon page. I need to see the forum. What software are you using?
You need to be more clear! It's it ready or not? This is harder than it should be.

It appears the forum has no boards as of yet. and the script being used is phpBB.

The design looks appealing and the logo defiantly works well.
