There's quite a bit of difference between $10000 and £10000

    A few questions:
    • Do you have a CV?
    • Do you have a business plan?
    • What experience do you have?
    • What kind of return can investors get on their money?
    • What kind of involvement would you partner need to have in the business?
    • What are you investing into the business or otherwise providing?
    • Why, when asking people for a substantial sum of money, is your post so unprofessional?

Just some of the questions you might expect to receive here and from other potential investors.

    ----

    Edit:

Just checked a few of your other posts and your age will put off most if not all investors... What I advise is that, while possibly looking for a partner, you spend the interim time developing a solid business plan that can support your claims of a successful business model.

You may want to get a job (once old enough) at Game, HMV or a similar shop in order to get experience in the retail side of the gaming industry etc. This will enable you to generate some income (i.e. investment money) and give you more credibility when asking investors for money.

If you don't know how to write a business plan or even run a business then this is something that you need to amend unless your future partner is going to handle management I guess... Although getting an education or some experience wouldn't hurt.

I'm sure there's more I could mention but I'm ill and not feeling particularly cognitive.

You may also consider fully pursuing the review/news and content side of the site before opening the store. Consider how many other stores are already selling the consoles you mentioned...

Focusing on content will allow you to build a site that will rank well in the search engines. As you continue to build content, an audience, and trust with that audience, then think about releasing different products, consoles, or accessories for sale.

    Hello

With the current state of the global economy, development cost still way high plus the "new" thing of downloading games in XBLA and PSN plus the DLC from games I think 2012 will be the earliest to start looking or hearing about the next-gen of hardware.

I personaly can't think getting a new console (with the investment it requires) when I just starting to get the most out of my 360 with Netflix and getting my gaming sessions with all my friends over Live. Normally it would be the time to start looking into the next-gen but the paradigm has changed a lot I believe, as the Wii showed us people don't care so much about the graphics as long as they get an innovative experience. Sony and Microsoft could easily release a special add on to get motion control on their systems without having to invest billions on a new platform that has motion control out of the box.

At age 14 there's easier ways to make money. Especially when it comes to the internet. You could start the game consel business now with the experience you have now and probably be making money within the next 3-6 years. That is if you can stick with it for that long.

A website would definately be a good place to start! You could make some videos, upload them to TubeMogul.com | In-Depth Tracking, Analytics for Online Video | Web Video Syndication and generate quality traffic that way. I made a website for iphone apps before iphone apps were even available to the public. I made videos on topics related to the site.

How to you plan on generating cash with your website ?
    Hope this helps
