What?

well, here's my suggestion: hire a food consultant to get your product to market.

A friend of my wife's wanted to expand his restaurant, he could open three locations but that was it. Then he hired a consultant to help him create a franchise. The consultant had a proven track record and put the guy in front of the right wall street investors. He got the millions he needed and he has a working franchise operation with 12 locations and 2 other owners.

Are you a food chemist? No, right? Ok, well those are the kinds of people you will need to review your formula. Then you'll need a lawyer to work it through the PA Dept of Agriculture.

I know people who bake for restaurants, they're able to produce food with just the local health inspection because it's not retailed the same way.

Do a google search on "bring food to market" or related phrases. I feel like I've answered this question here before.

When you have it produced, start calling all retailers how sell drinks, super markets, convience stores ect.. ask for their district offices and ask to speak with the beverage merchandiser.
