Starting a business...Generic title I know

Hi guys. My first post here so I'll make this my introduction and question in the same topic.

So I'm a 22 year old Canadian. I've consider myself a budding entrepreneur of sorts for the past couple years. I'm presently enrolled in a local college where I'm about to enter my second year of business admin.
Outside of school, I also do charity work for local organizations being used in several newspaper and radio ads. I've also got a keen interest in aviation and have already obtained my commercial pilots license and flight instructor rating.

Moving on

I'd like to own a business in the real estate sector and more specifically, the parking industry. I'm looking for anyone who knows the industry well, maybe owns a lot or knows someone who has or does. I've got a few questions to ask.
I'd feel more comfortable talking over PM. If I've got no takers in the next couple days I'll post my questions below.
