Started A Bar/club?

hey guys was interested in starting a club/bar in the CBD of sydney.
what do i need apart from capital, a space, name etc i mean the logistics of it

alochol licence? a licence for a club serz guys i dnt know where to start?
whats the laws and have to behind starting a club.

in 2002 my friend was running a joint at talyor square, and my other mate runs a place on bourke st, and other "friends" of mine run a club...mostly at rogues every second sat....but sometimes they organise at other venues....some hole in the wall on pitt st....i think sublime used to be there ages back

im a sydney boy too mate..sublime at pitt...hmmm...is it booty bar now coz subbies is at home now...just looking into it mate...me and sum mates are thinking of opening sumthing maybe on either, pitt, goulburn or liverpool street but dunno where to start
