Question Start ups - working from home and burnout

Have any of you started a company from home, found yourself working all the time, and starting to burn out? What do you do to deal with it?

I like to travel - even if im working while traveling, the change of scenery works wonders.

I also have a number of side projects that I can switch my attention to.

I do like to travel also since I traveled quite a bit when I worked in consulting, but I was thinking more about day to day things to do to not burn out.

Take a break, you know. Focus your interests on something else, subconsciously you'll get back on track and you'll know when to fire things over again. Atleast it works for me and in terms of psychology, it should work for anyone

Yeah I get burned out all the time and it only goes away when I travel and I'm not working.

This is one of my biggest problems I've had this year
