What do you mean by "one color t-shirts"? Does that mean just plain, or the shirt is one color and we can put a design on it? Otherwise, just plain shirts doesn't make sense and also making the design the same color as the shirt doesn't make sense either. I'm interested, that's why I'm asking. Thanks.

He means that the design can be 1 color, probably on a white T shirt at that price.
