Some of you may remember me saying something about a PPC blog search and an offline magazine well after much work the websites are nearly ready....should be completed tonight so I though I would now give the details.
After researching blogs and finding out there are over 50 million blogs currently online and growing daily and how everyone wants to bring attention to their blog either to gain popularity or make some money or maybe have their talent discovered I said why not a PPC blog search engine and after researching and seeing there isnt one available I went ahead with it!
In the proces of doing further research for the PPC I came across a few websites that offered to have your blog printed as a hard cover book which they would turn around and sell back to you for up to $100...and people are buying this! Another website lets you put a Paypal link on your blogs so that various media outlets visiting your blog could purchase one of your blog articles to print in their publication if they find it suitable.
This gave me the idea for an offline blog magazine which currently doesnt exist and after wondering how I would get the content for the magazine I came up with the idea of a bloggers community...in order to have your blog article considered for our magazine you must be a member of our social networking website.
The magazine will feature 5 sections: Business/Entrepreneur, Music/Entertainment, Technology, General Interest and Whats New!. Each section will have a feature article where it will be spotlighted. In the Music/ Entertainment section we will be spotlighting a new band in each issue. With many bands using blogs as promotion I dont think we will have a problem find content for this section.
While the PPC Blog search is also potential money maker the blog community is the website that will feed the mag its content. Both websites will be networked to compliment eachother and cross promote. We are currently designing a toolbar for the PPC blog search that will have an RSS feed from the blog community as well as some other neat little tools that will help to promote both sites.

The PPC is all ready to go to sign up if you wish...no need to deposit any funds as we will fund all new accounts with $10.00 and plus the payment gateway will not be ready till later this evening as well as our affilate tracking system where we pay you to use our search.
The blog community is also ready except for a few last links and text. It doesnt cost anything to join either site so maybe someone could help us out by joining and maybe report any bugs they may find ...it would be greatly appreciated.
Oh and if your wondering whats up with that name let me explain. lol We did this solely for marketing purposes. We wanted a one word name that didnt exist or have a meaning...similar to what Google done...10 years ago we were saying what the hell is a Google..so we decided on squirble after one of my employees was talking about blogs just being someones scriblings but said squirblings instead...so we went with it and have also come up with a meaning:
A Squirble is a blog entry that is printed in an offline publication.
So far using this name our promotions has had great success with an average of 73% click through rate to an ad that only said Squirbles Are Coming...nobody knows what a squirble is and it will get the best of their curiosity enough so that they will visit just to see what it is.
I think we have come up with a decent concept and with proper marketing and promotion it just might work... only time will tell but like the saying goes nothing ventured is nothing gained
